OUR PROCESS |
STEP 1: ESTABLISH BASELINE HEALTHBlood tests provide the most accurate measurement of micronutrient levels within the human body and are a leading indicator of overall health. As such, we believe in leveraging science i.e. blood test results verses relying on a myriad of conflicting personal and professional opinions when managing health and wellness. Before beginning the meal planning process, we strongly recommend our clients to complete a 31 Micronutrient Deficiency Analysis through Micronutrient Testing Services.
Micronutrient Testing Services performs detailed analysis in client blood test results from the best laboratories in the country. The mission is to measure the micronutrient level of each Client so that a personal nutrition baseline can be established. |
STEP 2: CHOOSE A MEAL PLANMicronutrients (Vitamins & Minerals) reside within the human body and have been an integral part of human evolution. The only way to improve micronutrient levels within the body is by consuming quality food or supplements.
Once a health baseline has been established, our clients are teamed up with one of our Registered Dieticians to develop a tailored meal plan to address where there are deficiencies in micronutrients. Remediation Services meal plans have the correct combination of Macronutrients (Fat, Protein & Carbohydrates) and meet nutritional requirements of thirty-one (31) Micronutrients (Vitamins & Minerals). Our meal planning is based upon 2,000 calories per day which is commonly adjusted based upon the goals of our clients and the recommendations of our Dieticians. Our clients chose from eight (8) types of meal plans: Traditional American, Mediterranean, Paleo, Weston A Price, Ketogenic, Carnivore, Vegetarian, Vegan. |
